My original bitch about the 'person who reported me'.

WHOEVER WAS THE PRAT THAT REPORTED MY PAINTING 'MICHELLE' AS A COPYRIGHT VIOLATION IS A FUCKING CUNT! What the fuck, i did NOT copy that picture and post it as my own! Your either bloody jealous or just can't except the fact that i actually PAINTED THAT AND YOU CAN SEE THE FUCKING STAGE BY STAGE HERE!!!!! [link]
There is a reason that i made that plaque of 100% originality dude. Are you fucking blind? It's obvious that there have been CHANGES IN THE PAINTING AND IF YOU CAN SEE PROPERLY IT IS NOT FLAWLESS.

A little updatee
As you have a little looksee at the comments below you can see the utter lack of attention given by admins resulting in what may end DA. (As in, basically making the actual hard working and giving-their-all artists leave DA because of the bais and misjudgement (or no judgement at all since the admins tend to delete on the justincase basis as i've heard.). I have basically come to the conclusion in the form of a question.
Am i just too good an artist for you then, DA?

I'd like to make a Copyright Violation Inquiry.

On Sep 2, 2006, 12:03:17 AM i was sent a note alerting me that one of my deviations titled 'Michelle' (submitted 2006-07-20 11:14:05 am) [link] had been removed due to it infringing copyright law. I read, and i quote:

"Your submissions may not contain material or images which were not created entirely through your own effort; this means that you cannot simply collect photographs, artworks and other images, writings or scans from printed books/magazines and submit them to your account. You are not allowed to submit “reworked”, “edited” or otherwise “modified” material which you obtained from other sources."

I definitely did not 'rework', 'edit' or 'modify' the image that i used as reference. Nor did i 'simply collect photographs, artworks and other images, writings or scans from printe books/magazines and submit them' to my account. This was a painting i painted using photoshop and painter from a reference photo from the internet. You may see the stage by stage process here [link] which one of your administrators failed to notice was submitted shortly after i submitted the now removed deviation. I have been deeply offended and insulted by this removing of my artwork and i advise your administrators examine the artwork more carefully next time and look through the person's gallery for evidence that the artwork has not violated copyright policy. You may see that 'Michelle' is not flawless and the painting strokes are visible in some parts.
I hope this advice is helpful to you in the future so that you do not misjudge another deviantart member.

I am sorry, but i don't understand why my deviation should have been deleted when i painted the entire thing seperately from a photograph reference. I have enough pride so as not to paint over any photograph or use a portion of it in the painting. I may be able to try and locate the commercial photographer that took her photo and credit him if you'd like, but does the photorealistic painting mean that it has to be deleted if i can paint realistically enough for it to look like a photo?

A painting can never be exact in detail, but similar. I didn't in any way edit the photo to suit what i was about to paint and post it up- i have enough pride in my art than resulting to do that.

New new commission now Just got word from a friend that the company (?) he works for needs banners.. so i've taken the job. The company (?) is a web hosting ....thing? (I'm just avoiding saying company and having to bracket a question mark again. You see, too many of those will kill the brain. Sort of) So yes, i see a website a website(With the price of buying the website name discounted) sometime in the future once i come up with creative and pretty banners. So that will mean i have to get off me arse and do something again. Damn. Yay. after that i'll have to get a proper name for my website innit? Or maybe i could just change it every year but that will mean confusing my already befuddled minions. I mean slaves. I mean...adoring fans? (The few i do have)

Having trouble with the anatomy and shite. It's ugly so far... i'm trying to avoid photo reffing. With great difficulty. By that i mean i'm not trying to make it difficult for me avoiding photo reffing on purpose. No. It just means i'm finding it difficult all of a sudden which i did not know would be so difficult. So it wasn't on purpose or anything. So it's like beyond the unknown. It came at me like "STFU LOL MAKINGITDIFFICULTFORYOUISFUN" And i tried to beat it up but you see it's not an actual form that you can beat up. I wonder how it managed to speak.

Was browsing vid's on myspace today. Cause i was that bored. This was after i got home from a morning of shopping then getting back mid afternoon to find i had to go out again because all of my posse had met up to send off a close friend. Soooo... watched Kung Fu Hustle at Celenai's. That movie is awesome.. just filled with the best canto funniness that you may know ONLY comes from Hong Kong. So, please only rent or buy or just borrow from a Chinese friend if you have a good sense of humor. And time for a movie. Or just like martial arts. Or if your'e my stalker and desperately need to learn about my sense of humor. yes, so that's a movie i suggest. Oh, i'm sort of doing REVIEWS now am i??? wow. hahahaha. This is cool.
Oh so yes those vids. About yesterday i was searching for a video of a hip hop performance that mostly people in my year performed in.
